Good hotel with its amazing amenities like the jacuzzi, seasonal outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with travel tips which I still remember. I highly recommend it for a relaxing holiday and I'm coming back for Christmas!

It took an unacceptable five hours to sort out our broken safe, which put a damper on our stay. The advertised WiFi was non-existent in our room and around the pool, leaving us frustrated. We were also disappointed with the spa prices, which felt excessively overpriced for the services offered.

during my stay, I loved how easily I could wander to the beautiful Playa de Puerto del Rey, just a short stroll away, and also enjoyed delicious seafood tapas at Chiringuito Antonio just a few steps from the hotel, making it a delightful base for exploring the area.

Let me tell you, the local eats around here are just aces! Just a hop away at Chiringuito Antonio, I devoured some of the best seafood tapas that left me craving more. And don't get me started on the elephant fountain—it's a stunner! The pool area and our own garden made for a chill vibe, perfect for unwinding after gorging on those culinary delights.
